A lesson in Good Branding from Robyn Waters

Here I provide a peek at a very cool mail piece from marketer and trendwatcher Robyn Waters that is holiday card, pitch, feel-good year-starter, and monument to smart branding all at once.

There's a lesson here for us in radio, and it amounts to this: Pay attention to all the details because your brand is the sum total of all those details.

Everything.

A radio brand is not simply a mix of music interspersed with voices, taglines, and spots.

It's everything.
