Here's a peek at the FM radio included in Microsoft's new ZUNE mp3 player.

So far, the vibe on the unit is that it's nice, but no iPod killer. It's very late to the party - a party that Apple will likely transform in 2007. But it's never wise to count Microsoft out.

From the perspective of the radio industry, this certainly isn't the first mp3 player to include radio, but it is perhaps the highest profile one to date.
