The coming FM Talk boom?
Cumulus head Lew Dickey says FM Talk will be one of the hot trends in the top markets over the next few years, according to this article.
I think Lew is absolutely right. If, that is, there's enough talent to go around.
If you can find and hire the talent, do it.
Go where your competitors, Internet Radio, and Satellite can't.
